Alliance Entreprendre organizes the capital restructuring of the OASYS Group around its management

Alliance Entreprendre, in partnership with Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France Capital Investissement, is supporting the OASYS Group, a leading provider of human resources consulting, in an MBO transaction organized around company chairman Éric Beaudouin and his management team.

Founded in 2006, the OASYS Group has from the outset focused on premium positioning in the support of career transitions for executives and managers.

The Group has gradually expanded its offering to become one of the only French consulting firms to address the entire value chain of consulting for corporate transformations:

  • Oasys Individual division: individual support for career and managerial transitions;
  • Oasys Collective Pole: collective social support for redeployments and restructuring;
  • Oasys Mobilisation: support for transformations, management training, team mobilization and group coaching;
  • IAPR: support and prevention of psycho-social risks and psychological support:
  • IFOD: training for the coaching and support professions.

Located in Paris and Lyon, the OASYS Group employs around 100 people and relies on the Transition et Territoires network in more than 80 French cities and on the OI Global Partners network (active in 28 countries) abroad.

The OASYS management team—which has built synergies amongst the company’s various activities and increased the Group’s revenue to more than €21 million in 2018—is now demonstrating a willingness to pursue the company’s development through organic and external growth to strengthen its traditional business lines and develop new capabilities.
